HOTEL POLICY/HOUSE RULES

Property and Cancellation Policies

GUARANTEE POLICY:
- A valid credit card is required upon booking. For refundable bookings, a deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required. Full payment is due at check-in;
- For credit card reservations, the same card used for booking must be presented upon check-in;
- Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation without notice if fraudulent or illegal activities are associated with the payment received.


CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS:
-Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in at Hotel Mimosa.
-For security and fraud prevention, guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) at check-in.


CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
-Check-in: From 4:00 PM onwards. If you arrive earlier, we will be happy to store your luggage until your room is ready. Early check-in is subject to availability.
-Check-out: No later than 12:00 PM.


Early Departure Policy:
An early departure fee of one night’s room rate plus tax will apply.

LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY:
- Late check-out is subject to room availability. Please contact the front desk to confirm.
- 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM check-out: USD 20 per hour
- After 4:00 PM check-out: 100% room rate surcharge


DEPOSIT
A refundable deposit of USD 200 is required at check-in.

Standard Rate:
-If cancellation is made 48 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged
-If cancellation is made within 48 hours of check in, first night’s room rate and tax will be charged
-In case of no-show,100% of the total room rate and tax will be charged and remainder of reservation will be cancelled
* The refund process will take approximately up to 5 to 7 business days


Cancellation policy for non-refundable rates:
-This means that if canceled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation, 100%, will not be refunded.

Group Booking Policy:
-For reservations of 4 or more rooms, our group cancellation policy applies.
Cancellation Fees:

  • 4 weeks or more before arrival – No cancellation fee.
  • 3 to 4 weeks before arrival – 15% of the total booking cost.
  • 2 to 3 weeks before arrival – 50% of the total booking cost.
  • Less than 1 week before arrival – 100% of the total booking cost.

Terms and Conditions


RESERVATION AND PAYMENT FOR GUESTS BY PRIVATE THIRD PARTIES:
-Third-party payments are generally not permitted.

-If you are paying for a family member and will not be physically present at the hotel, the following is required:

  • Full payment for the intended stay.
  • A completed credit card authorization form, along with a copy of your ID, passport, or driver’s license.
  • The cardholder will be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the stay,
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse a reservation at any time and for any reason.


100% SMOKE-FREE
Hotel Mimosa is 100% Smoke-Free hotel. For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, and that is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture. We do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, humidifying machines, vaporizing machines, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing of patchouli oil, other essential oils or synthetic products in our facility.  Smoking is only allowed outside the building. 
*Please note that guests found to be smoking in the room will be charged for a cleaning fee of USD 400.


VISITORS:
No visitors after 11:00 PM. 
Visitors must check in at the Front Desk and present a valid photo ID for security purposes. No exceptions. 
Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. 
Visitors are not allowed to use guest amenities or Wi-Fi. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times.


Noise & Disturbance Policy:

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests must keep noise levels to a minimum.
  • Any disturbance complaints (e.g., loud music, shouting) may result in removal from the hotel without a refund.


SAFETY/SECURITY POLICY

  • The hotel reserves the right to charge your credit or debit card for any damage to your room or the hotel during your stay, including any specialist cleaning needed due to violations of hotel policies. 
  • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged property left in the hotel.
  • The hotel reserves the right to request guests or third parties to vacate their room or leave the premises if they violate hotel policies, cause disturbances, or engage in inappropriate behavior, as determined by hotel management.


DOGS, EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOGS, AND SERVICE ANIMALS
Pets and Emotional Support Animals are not permitted.
Hotel Mimosa welcomes only verified service animals.


UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY
We reserve the right to investigate complaints or violations of these terms and take appropriate action, including reporting suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement or relevant authorities.
